The Axai Mall website, design, text, graphics and logo are service marks operated by Axai Digital Sdn. Bhd. The Axai Mall name, website and logo may not be used in any way without prior, written permission from Axai Digital Sdn. Bhd. Some product materials, company names and logos contained within this Site are Copyright by the original owner and may be Trademarks of their respective owners.
2. Use of the Site
Axai Mall grants the user permission to view this Site and to print hard copy portions of this site for your personal use. By doing so, you agree to all Axai Mall policies and the rules stated within our Terms of Service. You are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, publishing, translating, aggregating, collecting, selling, gathering and mining any information and/or data contained within this Site. This Site should only be used as a shopping and information resource. Your interactions with individuals and/or organizations found on this Site (including interactions from using the Classifieds section), are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. This includes, but is not limited to, payment and delivery of goods, terms, conditions and/or warranties.
Axai Mall does not permit any users to display or create a hyperlink on the Site, personal web blog to individual postings for non-commercial purposes. Axai Digital Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to refuse or remove any submission or posting that violates our standards.
3. Product Information & Orders
The information on this Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, product picture, pricing and availability. In the event an error occurs, it will be corrected immediately. Axai Mall reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
4. Pricing Error Policy
If we found any errors on the price for any items listed in the Site, we reserved the right to amend the price of the products even the order has been paid. We will then request buyers to confirm again if they agreed to the newly revised prices. If they do not agreed to the revised price, order will be cancel and money will be refunded to buyer in full.
5. Shipping
5.1 Domestic Shipping Policy
5.1.1 Shipping Processing Time
All orders will be processed by the seller within 2-3 business days (i.e. a day on which the banks are open for business in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, Malaysia and excludes weekends and public holidays).
If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Should there be any significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone call.
For products which require pre-order and/or have to be custom-built as displayed by the Sellers on the “Product Description Page” on the Platform, it may take longer than the usual delivery time for the Products to be delivered to you after payment.
5.1.2 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours after receiving them. You will also be able to find your tracking number via your email.
You acknowledge that where a seller arranges for its own logistic service provider, some delivery information including tracking number may not be available on the Platform.
5.1.3 Customs, Duties and Taxes
Axai Mall is not responsible for any customs and taxes applicable to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer and bare by the Customer.
5.1.4 Damages
Axai Mall will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product during shipping process. If you received your order damaged, please contact our customer support at support@axaidigital.com by taking a photo and description for exchange or refund submission.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5.2 International Shipping Policy
Axai Mall currently does not ship products outside Malaysia.
6. Liability
Axai Mall shall not be liable for any losses, claims, judgments, damages, interest, actions, causes of action, costs and expenses, disbursements or other liabilities of any nature whatsoever (collectively, “Losses”) arising from the delivery of product to you. The seller shall be responsible for the losses arising from the delivery of product to you.
7. Dispute
Any dispute relating to shipping of product shall be between you and the seller. We will use our best endeavor to assist the parties to resolve their issues. However, the seller is entitled to make its own decision.
8. Return and Product Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and returns of products purchased through our platform.
8.1 Physical Goods
8.1.1 Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@axaidigital.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.
8.1.2 Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
8.2 Digital Content
8.2.1 Refunds
- No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once an e-voucher or digital product has been delivered and accessed, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:
- Technical Issues: If the digital content is defective or cannot be accessed due to technical issues on our part.
- Incorrect Delivery: If the wrong digital content was delivered due to an error on our part.
8.3 E-Vouchers
8.3.1 Refunds
- No Refunds: Due to the nature of e-voucher, all sales are final. Once e-voucher has been delivered and accessed, it is non-refundable.
- Redemption: Once an e-voucher is delivered and redeemed, it is considered used and cannot be refunded.
- Expiry: E-vouchers may have an expiration date. It is the responsibility of the customer to redeem the voucher before the expiration date. Expired e-vouchers cannot be refunded or extended.
8.4 Services
8.4.1 Refunds
- No Refunds: Due to the nature of services, all sales are final. Once the service has been delivered and fulfilled, it is non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where:
