Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping Processing Time
All orders will be processed by the seller within 2-3 business days (i.e. a day on which the banks are open for business in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, Malaysia and excludes weekends and public holidays).
If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Should there be any significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone call.
For products which require pre-order and/or have to be custom-built as displayed by the Sellers on the “Product Description Page” on the Platform, it may take longer than the usual delivery time for the Products to be delivered to you after payment.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours after receiving them. You will also be able to find your tracking number via your email.
You acknowledge that where a seller arranges for its own logistic service provider, some delivery information including tracking number may not be available on the Platform.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Axai Mall is not responsible for any customs and taxes applicable to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer and bare by the Customer.
Damages
Axai Mall will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product during shipping process. If you received your order damaged, please contact our customer support at support@axaidigital.com by taking a photo and description for exchange or refund submission.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Malaysia.
Liability
Axai Mall shall not be liable for any losses, claims, judgments, damages, interest, actions, causes of action, costs and expenses, disbursements or other liabilities of any nature whatsoever (collectively, “Losses”) arising from the delivery of product to you. The seller shall be responsible for the losses arising from the delivery of product to you.
Dispute
Any dispute relating to shipping of product shall be between you and the seller. We will use our best endeavor to assist the parties to resolve their issues. However, the seller is entitled to make its own decision.
