Axai Digital Sdn Bhd (1336686-V) (“Axai Mall”) collect personal data in order to set up and manage accounts for our e-payment solutions and to handle orders of goods and services from our platform which shall include, without limitation, the following:

• Website registration, enabling sales and other transactions, processing payments and settlement, sending payouts, handling orders, providing receipts.
• Providing customer service, providing dispute resolution, chargebacks, refunds, or related issues.
• Marketing and surveys, sending service update notices.

We shall not be liable or held liable for any loss or damage caused to you due to unauthorized use of your personal data which may have been compromised from the use of this platform and its services
