• All of our upcycled materials undergo hygiene process before the commencement of any production processes
• Due to the nature of handmade products, please allow a sewing tolerance of +5% / -5% of each product made
• At SURI, as much as we are passionate in handcrafting upcycled products, not all of the compositions of a particular product are 100% upcycled fabrics
• To ensure the appeal of design factor from the looks and strengthen of a certain product, new (not upcycled) fabric materials are used
• But we are still conscious as to the types of new fabric materials used and the percentages of the new fabric materials in comparison to upcycled fabrics used in a particular product.
